I need a fully-functioning website built from the ground up. The project starts with a clean slate, so we will define the site’s purpose, structure, and visual identity together. You will handle everything from initial wireframes and responsive UI design through front-end and back-end implementation, domain setup, basic on-page SEO, and a short hand-over session so I can manage routine updates on my own.
