Google Sheets WooCommerce Stock Control

I run two WooCommerce stores and I’m looking for a straightforward stock-control spreadsheet that lives in Google Sheets. The goals are simple:

• Pull the current inventory for every SKU from both WooCommerce sites into one sheet and keep it fresh throughout the day (hourly sync is fine).
• Hold a minimum stock level and a preferred reorder quantity for each item.
• Trigger a clear low-stock alert in the sheet (conditional colour change or email/SMS via Apps Script—whichever is quickest to maintain) whenever the on-hand figure dips below the minimum.
• As soon as an item flags low, automatically create a ready-to-send purchase order tab or PDF using the stored supplier details and the predefined reorder quantity.

I don’t need elaborate dashboards—just reliable automation, clean formulas, and lightweight Apps Script so anyone on the team can follow what’s happening. Please build directly in my Google Workspace, comment the scripts, and include a brief setup guide so I can add new SKUs or suppliers later without touching code.
