I want to move my entire teaching website from Wix to TutorBird without losing any of the functionality my students (and I) rely on. On Wix I currently run a robust booking system and a series of automations; everything from first-touch lead magnets to recurring invoices is already in place and some are being developed, so I need a developer who can replicate those workflows inside TutorBird as closely as the platform allows.
Core functionality to reproduce
• Booking system – regular lessons and a “trial class if a seat is free” option, both syncing seamlessly with my calendar.
- Payment options for monthly (term split into monthly payments), monthly payment and yearly payment options
• Automated emails – welcome, reminders, upsells, and any future funnels.
• Lead-magnet delivery – instant PDF/audio download triggered by opt-in links.
• Automated invoicing – with international payment gateways that keep fees low.
• Future-proofing – the ability to bolt on a trip-wire funnel and sell resources at checkout, plus pages for upcoming free and paid masterclasses.
Design continuity matters too: I want the current Wix layout, colour palette, and typography rebuilt inside TutorBird so the switch feels invisible to my audience. Or better if the professional knows how to make it flow and feel better for the user. It also needs to be editable for me so that I can make changes where necessary.
Acceptance criteria
1. A fully functioning TutorBird site that mirrors my Wix design.
2. All automations listed above tested live with sample data.
3. Step-by-step documentation so I can tweak or extend the setup myself later.
If you have hands-on experience with TutorBird, Wix Corvid/Editor X, Stripe or similar payment integrations, and email automation tools (TutorBird’s native system, Zapier, or Make), I’d love to hear how you would tackle this migration and the estimated timeline and cost (as I am on a budget as a small business and sole trader in my first year- budget of £0-500).
