Rental Automation Integration Setup

I run 130 short-term rentals and already have a Home Assistant Green installed. What I need now is a rock-solid integration that links our booking platform (Hostaway) to every Honeywell Wi-Fi thermostat and Schlage Wi-Fi lock on the properties.

Here is the workflow I want implemented:
• Reservation data must flow from Hostaway into Home Assistant through both API calls and outgoing webhooks, whichever event fires first.
• For each new booking, Home Assistant should push a four-digit access code to the correct Schlage lock anytime before check-in and automatically remove it right after check-out.
• Thermostats should receive preset temperatures ahead of guest arrival and then reset after departure.

Dashboards & monitoring:
Inside Home Assistant I’d like a clean Lovelace (or comparable) view that shows, for every unit:
– Current temperature and operational status of each Honeywell thermostat.
– Current lock status, battery level, and the last-used timestamp for each Schlage lock.

Everything must scale reliably to 130 homes, so please factor in naming conventions, device grouping, and any rate-limit considerations when calling the Hostaway API.

Acceptance criteria
1. All 130 properties automatically react to new, modified, or cancelled reservations with the correct lock codes and thermostat setpoints.
2. Dashboards reflect live data for the items listed above with no more than a one-minute delay.
3. Clear written hand-off: documented automations, API endpoints used, and instructions for adding future properties.
