Google ads Customer Match access

I have a vetted list of consumer phone numbers and I want to turn it into a high-performing Customer Match audience inside Google Ads. The sole objective is to generate fresh B2C leads, not just clicks, so every step—from audience upload to conversion tracking—has to point toward that outcome.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Upload and verify the phone-number list in compliance with Google’s Customer Match policies, ensuring maximum match rate.
• Build at least one search and one performance-max or display remarketing campaign that targets this new audience, with clear lead-generation goals.
• Configure conversion tracking (Tag Manager / GA4 welcome) so I can see cost-per-lead and total leads inside the Google Ads dashboard.

Acceptance criteria
1. The Customer Match list is approved and active.
2. Campaigns are live with ad copy and extensions tailored to my offer.
3. First lead is recorded in Google Ads reporting.
