I’m looking to bring a dedicated UI/UX designer onto my team on a full-time basis to strengthen and evolve our brand identity across our web presence. The focus is not a one-off landing page but an end-to-end experience: from refining the visual language and interaction patterns that define who we are, to producing high-fidelity website screens, component libraries, and the documentation that keeps everything consistent.
Here’s what the role looks like day to day:
• Translate our positioning and voice into intuitive layouts, typography, colour palettes, iconography and micro-interactions that feel unmistakably “us”.
• Own the complete web design workflow—research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI—using Figma (or a similarly robust tool you’re comfortable with).
• Build and maintain a living design system so future pages and features slot in effortlessly.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers, supplying clearly-labelled assets, specs and motion guidelines.
• Iterate quickly on feedback while still advocating for best-practice usability and accessibility.
Acceptance criteria for each sprint
• Screen-ready UI files in organised layers and components
• Updated design-system documentation reflecting every change
• Interactive prototype showcasing expected behaviours
• Asset hand-off package optimised for web (SVG/PNG, style tokens, etc.)
If you thrive on crafting beautiful, brand-driven experiences that perform flawlessly on the web and you’re ready to commit full time, I’d love to see your portfolio and hear how you’d shape our next chapter.
