Experienced Façade BIM Designer Urgent

I’m about to open a new façade package and need a seasoned hand who can dive straight into Revit and produce a fully coordinated model without supervision. Your background should include at least six-plus years detailing curtain walls, glazing and cladding; I’ll rely on that experience to develop shop drawings, refine technical details and keep the model clash-free.

Revit will be your primary workspace, but an ability to run clash tests and walk the model in Navisworks will help us stay ahead of coordination issues with the wider design team. If you regularly switch between 2D and 3D views, manage families, set up sheets and extract schedules, you’ll feel right at home here.

Key deliverables I need from you:
• A clean, well-structured Revit façade model that aligns with the latest architectural and structural files
• Shop-ready drawings and detail sheets derived from that model
• A brief Navisworks clash report confirming clearances around your façade elements
