Flutter Live-Class Upgrade & Counseling

I want to replace the simple YouTube links inside our current UTKALA Sikhya Niketan apps with a fully embedded, native live-classroom. Your task is to wire the Flutter front-end to an SDK such as Agora or 100ms (I’m open to your recommendation) and switch the existing classes to that real-time experience, complete with in-session chat. Students will enter sessions through a one-time-password login flow; no social or email / password combinations.

In parallel, I need a brand-new career-counseling section on the web portal. The public side should let students browse available mentors, pick a time slot, and confirm the booking. Behind the scenes the counselors need their own workspace with:

• Appointment management
• Session notes
• Progress tracking

A basic “counseling panel” for admins and clean API hooks into our current backend round out that module.

What I need from you:
• Proof you have shipped Flutter apps that stream live video (links or APKs).
• Your preferred video SDK and why you trust it for low-latency classroom use.
• An outline of milestones, estimated calendar time, and cost per milestone.

If this scope looks comfortable, let’s schedule a quick call and get started right away.

Preference: Freelancer based in Rourkela, Sundargarh, Odisha — preferably someone local who can communicate and coordinate directly.
