Flutter + Laravel/NestJS + Mobile App Development + GPS + API Integration - On-Demand Transport MVP Development

We are looking for an experienced Flutter developer or development team to build an MVP for an on-demand goods transportation platform.

We already have a detailed Product Requirements Document. The complete documentation and business model will be shared with shortlisted developers.

The intention is not to build a complete logistics backend from scratch.

We want to use Tookan as the main dispatch and logistics engine wherever possible in order to reduce development time and cost.

What We Need

We want one mobile application for iOS and Android.

The same app must support two roles:

Customer
Verified Driver / Transport Provider

Preferred Technology
Flutter
Tookan API / Tookan dispatch integration
Own lightweight backend where required
Maps / GPS
Push notifications
Secure database/storage
Admin access for our internal team
Main Customer Functions

Verified drivers should use the same application.

Driver functions include:

driver registration;
upload required documents;
register vehicle details;
approval by admin;
online/offline status;
receive nearby transport requests;
see job information and earnings before acceptance;
accept or reject a job;
navigation to pickup and delivery;
background GPS tracking;
pickup confirmation;
delivery confirmation;
upload pickup/delivery photos;
view completed jobs and earnings.
Tookan

We want Tookan to handle as much existing logistics functionality as reasonably possible, including where suitable:

dispatch;
task/job management;
driver allocation;
GPS tracking;
job status;
proof of delivery;
operational/admin functions.

We do not want a developer rebuilding functionality that Tookan already provides.

However, the customer and driver experience should be presented through our own branded single Flutter app.

A short technical proof-of-concept may be required first to confirm how Tookan can best support the single-app architecture.

Custom Development

Custom development will mainly be required for:

single customer/driver account structure;
user interface;
pricing logic;
driver onboarding/KYC;
vehicle information;
customer booking flow;
Tookan API integration;
ratings;
commissions/earnings;
payment-related functionality;
additional business-specific logic.

Admin

We are happy to use Tookan's existing dashboard wherever practical.

A separate custom admin system should only be developed where Tookan cannot provide the required functionality.

Again, the objective is to avoid unnecessary development.

What We Already Have

The full specification will be provided after initial developer selection.

Important
We are looking for someone who understands that this project should build on Tookan rather than rebuild Tookan.

We want a lean MVP first.
