Cross-Platform Mobile App Development -- 2

I’m ready to turn my concept into a fully functioning mobile app available on both iOS and Android. At this stage I have the core idea outlined but I need a seasoned developer who can guide the process end-to-end—refining requirements, choosing the right tech stack, building clean, well-documented code, and getting the app live in both stores.

You’ll handle:
• Technical planning and stack selection (native, Flutter, React Native—whichever best fits the feature set we finalise)
• UI implementation that respects each platform’s guidelines
• Core feature development, API integration and basic analytics setup
• Testing on a range of devices and submission support for the App Store and Google Play

Deliverables:
1. Two production-ready builds (iOS & Android)
2. Source code in a private repo with clear README
3. Deployment instructions and store listings drafted and approved
