Mobile & Web application coding work

I need a single, coherent code-base that powers both a responsive website and a companion mobile app devoted to information and content sharing. The core of the project is a smooth, secure workflow that lets end-users upload, edit, organise and publish their own content while I retain full administrative oversight.

Acceptance criteria
The same user must be able to sign in on either platform, upload a piece of content once, then immediately view and manage it from the other platform; all changes should sync in real time without data loss. Build passes standard accessibility checks and runs without error on current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, Android 12+ and iOS 15+. Automated tests cover at least the upload flow.

You’re free to choose the stack—React Native, Flutter or similar for mobile; React, Vue, or Next.js for web; Node, Django or Laravel for the back end—as long as it’s modern, well-supported and you document it clearly. Cloud storage (AWS S3, Firebase, or equivalent) is preferred for media, and Git for version control is mandatory.
