Flutter Cab Booking App

I need a complete cab-booking solution built with Flutter and Dart that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. Core to the project is real-time GPS tracking so riders can see their driver’s live location and drivers can follow the rider’s pickup point in the same way popular ride-hailing apps do.

Key functionality I must have:
• Separate user and driver flows with simple onboarding and profile management.
• Phone-number verification as the single sign-in / sign-up method.
• Secure payment gateway integration so riders can pay in-app and drivers can receive fares automatically.
• In-app messaging so riders and drivers can coordinate without leaving the app.

Beyond the front-end, I’ll need whatever lightweight back-end or cloud services you feel are best suited to handle real-time location updates, trip lifecycle management, fare calculation, notifications and basic admin overview. Feel free to propose Firebase, AWS, or any other stack you’re comfortable with, as long as it pairs cleanly with Flutter.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Source-controlled Flutter project targeting iOS and Android.
2. Fully functional user and driver apps with the features above implemented and tested.
3. Instructions to build, run and deploy the apps plus any back-end components.
4. A brief hand-over session (recorded or live) walking me through code structure and future scalability touch-points.
