School ERP System – Full Stack Development
I am looking for an experienced developer/team to develop a complete School ERP System consisting of web-based desktop portals and mobile applications.
The entire system must be fully integrated and connected to a single centralized database, so that all data is synchronized in real time across the Principal, Management, Billing, Teacher, and Parent modules.
Required Applications
1. Principal Admin Panel – Web Based
A desktop/web-based panel exclusively for the Principal to manage and monitor the school, including:
- Student and staff management
- Academic management
- Attendance monitoring
- Reports and dashboards
- School-wide settings and controls
- Access to relevant information from all departments
2. Management & Billing Panel – Web Based
A desktop/web-based system for school management and administrative/billing operations, including:
- Student management
- Fee management
- Billing and payment records
- Fee collection and outstanding payments
- Invoice/receipt generation
- Staff and other administrative management
- Reports and analytics
3. Teacher Mobile App
A dedicated mobile application for teachers, including:
- Teacher login/profile
- Student information
- Attendance marking
- Class/subject management
- Homework/assignments
- Academic updates
- Communication with parents
- Other teacher-related functions
4. Parent Mobile App
A dedicated mobile application for parents, including:
- Child/student profile
- Attendance
- Academic performance
- Homework/assignments
- Fee details and payment status
- School notices and announcements
- Communication/notifications
- Other parent-related features
Centralized Database & Integration
All four applications must work with one centralized database and backend system.
For example:
- Attendance entered by a teacher should immediately be available in the Principal and Parent applications.
- Fee payments recorded in the Management & Billing Panel should be reflected in the Parent App.
- Student information should remain synchronized across the entire system.
- Notifications and important updates should be available to the relevant users.
Technical Requirements
The developer should provide:
- Secure authentication and role-based access control
- Centralized backend/API
- Centralized database
- REST API or equivalent architecture
- Scalable and maintainable code
- Proper database design
- Data security and backup considerations
- Responsive web interfaces
- Android/iOS mobile applications or a suitable cross-platform solution
