• Payment gateways, tax/shipping rules, and currency settings configured for global reach; abandoned-cart recovery, one-click upsells, and review widgets installed and tested.
• Speed, security, and on-page SEO optimisations (caching, image compression, schema, SSL, etc.) to keep load times low and rankings high.
• A concise operating manual plus a live walkthrough video showing me how to manage products, fulfil orders, and read the key analytics once the store is mine.

Acceptance criteria
1. The demo store processes 10 test orders end-to-end without manual intervention.
2. Google PageSpeed desktop ≥90 and mobile ≥80.
3. Handover pack includes admin credentials, documentation, and supplier contacts.
