I’m handing over a Chief Architect .plan file that has a handful of issues I can’t seem to chase down. The goal is to make the model mirror the architect’s drawings we’ll actually build from, then return it clean and construction-ready within three days.

Key trouble spots
• Exterior breaks – I need a perfectly continuous exterior shell, no stray lines or gaps.
• Porch alignment – the porch should sit flush and true to the main façade.
• Front entry arch – if you can add a proper arched opening at the entry, that’s a welcome bonus.

You will have plenty of visual guidance: the full set of architect’s drawings, photos of the site, and a few sample projects that show the look we’re after. No ultra-precise dimension swaps are required; stick to the overall intent of the design and make the model read clearly for everyone on the build team.

Deliverables
1. Updated Chief Architect file (.plan) with all fixes in place
2. A quick export (PDF or JPEG) of the main elevations so I can review at a glance

Everything needs to stay native to Chief Architect—no external CAD conversions—so please be fully fluent with the platform before jumping in. If you can knock this out in three days and keep the model crisp and clean, let’s move forward right away.
