Extract Plain Text From PDF

I need the text content lifted directly from a PDF and placed into a single Word document (.docx) with no additional styling—just clean, plain text. Accuracy is crucial: every word, paragraph break, and line return that appears in the source must be reflected exactly in the new file, but any original fonts, colours, or layout elements should be stripped away.
