Whether you operate as a seasoned investor, experienced wholesaler, or licensed agent, what matters is that you come with a live network—ideally built on LinkedIn—and an existing pipeline of motivated sellers and fast-cash buyers.
Target inventory spans residential, multi-family, and light commercial assets. The moment you secure equitable control of a property, I can provide earnest money and proof of funds within hours, then push to close inside 24–30 days.
Your mandate is clear:
• Source motivated sellers.
• Pair each contract with a buyer capable of closing without traditional financing.
• Drive the deal through to a clean, rapid settlement.
Performance expectations: spreads of $100 K up to $2.5 M across multiple wholesale deals. I’m offering an aggressive, results-based split to anyone who can consistently deliver.
Acceptance criteria: at least one contract on my desk within seven days, full deal packet (seller details, photos, repair estimate, comps, buyer contact, exit strategy), and closing coordinated through a licensed title/escrow company.
