I need a thorough SEO health check of my e-commerce site carried out as soon as possible. The audit must cover all three pillars—on-page, off-page, and technical SEO—so I can see exactly where the store is winning and where it is leaking traffic or authority.
You will have full access to Search Console, Analytics, and the site’s CMS once we begin. Feel free to bring in the usual toolkit (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, PageSpeed Insights, Google Lighthouse, etc.); whatever lets you surface issues quickly is fine with me.
Deliverables I expect:
• A written report that clearly separates findings for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, highlighting critical errors, warnings, and opportunities.
• A prioritised action plan with quick wins I can tackle this week and larger tasks that may need dev resources.
• A brief walkthrough call or screen-share to ensure I fully understand the recommendations and next steps.
Acceptance criteria: every issue cited is accompanied by the URL or resource affected, evidence/data backing the finding, and a concrete fix or optimisation suggestion.
I’m ready to move immediately and would like the completed audit on my desk within a week at most, with any high-impact red flags flagged to me even sooner.
