E-commerce Operations Specialist: Shopify & Dropshipping

Job Title:Hourly E-commerce Operations Specialist: Shopify Setup + Global & Domestic Dropshipping (15-25 hrs/week)Job Description:We are seeking a highly resourceful, multitasking E-commerce Operations & Logistics Freelancer for an ongoing hourly contract. You will manage both a national (domestic) and an international dropshipping supply chain from our single Shopify store backend.This is a part-time, hourly position starting at 15–25 hours per week with a strict weekly cap. We are looking for an individual who can handle front-end Shopify optimizations alongside backend international logistics.Core Weekly Responsibilities:Logistics & Shopify Architecture: Build out and manage custom Shopify Shipping Profiles and Shopify Markets. Seamlessly separate local inventory in New Delhi, India from our international private suppliers.Risk & Payment Setup: Set up conditional checkout rules so Cash on Delivery (COD) is only shown to local buyers. Integrate automated WhatsApp verification tools (e.g., Reisale/Cari) to minimize RTO losses.Media Buying & Tracking: Install Meta/TikTok Conversions API (CAPI) with a "Good/Excellent" event match quality score. Launch and optimize daily ad campaigns.Hourly Contract Requirements & Accountability:Mandatory Work Memos: You must use the platform's desktop time-tracker app and fill out clear memos for every single work block (e.g., "Configuring Shopify Markets currency routing").
