Full-Stack Company Site With Verification

I’m ready to move our new company site from idea to production and need a full-stack developer who can take full ownership of the build. The project is a standalone company site, not an e-commerce store or CMS, and the centerpiece is a robust “Register” section where users create accounts through camera verification. In practice that means accessing the user’s webcam (getUserMedia/WebRTC or a comparable solution), snapping a selfie or ID photo, and securely matching or storing that image before the account is activated.

You are free to recommend the stack—React, Vue, Angular, or another modern front-end paired with Node.js, Django, Laravel, or similar on the back end—as long as the final product is responsive, secure, and easy for me to extend later.

Key deliverables
• Fully responsive company site with branding placeholders and a dedicated Register page
• End-to-end registration flow: email capture, webcam activation, photo capture, server-side verification hook, and confirmation email
• Clean, well-commented codebase, README with setup instructions, and brief hand-off session

Camera verification must work across modern desktop and mobile browsers, degrade gracefully when permission is denied, and store media securely (no public URLs).
