E-Commerce iOS & Android App

The goal is to launch a full-featured e-commerce mobile application that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. Core requirements include a modern, intuitive shopping interface, secure user authentication, product browsing and search, cart and checkout with popular payment gateways, order tracking, and basic push notifications. I’d like the codebase to be shared between platforms where practical (React Native, Flutter, or a comparable cross-platform framework), yet still give each store the native polish users expect.

Back-office essentials such as product management, inventory updates, and basic sales analytics should be exposed through an admin API or lightweight web dashboard so I can maintain the catalog without touching code.
