I need a complete structural design package for the footings of a 600 SQF single-story residential villa extension that will be reviewed and approved by Dubai Municipality. The site sits on predominantly sandy soil, so the calculations and detailing must clearly demonstrate bearing capacity checks, settlement control, and compliance with the latest Dubai Municipality structural code, as well as relevant UAE load standards.

Here is what I expect:
• A concise calculation report (PDF + editable spreadsheet) covering gravity and lateral load analysis, soil pressure verification, reinforcement sizing, serviceability checks, and a summary table ready for submission.
• Detailed footing drawings in AutoCAD (DWG) showing plan, sections, bar schedules, notes, and any waterproofing or anti-termite requirements mandated by the authority.
• A general notes sheet that calls out the exact DM code clauses referenced and highlights the sandy-soil design parameters.
• If you prefer SAFE, STAAD, or similar finite-element software for the analysis, include the original model files so I can reproduce the results if asked by the reviewer.

Acceptance criteria: every drawing must carry the correct DM title block and metric units; the report must include a stamped cover sheet (your digital stamp is fine) and show that the maximum soil pressure does not exceed the allowable for medium-dense sand as listed in the latest geotech report (I will supply that once we start). Once I receive the package I’ll submit it straight to DM, so I need you on standby for minor clarifications until they issue the approval letter.

If you’ve delivered footing designs that passed DM checks before, that experience will be a big plus.
