Jubilee Hills Luxury Bungalow Architect

I’m building a four-storey, high-end residence in Jubilee Hills and need a freelance architect who can steer both the architecture and interior architecture for the next six months. The look and feel must stay firmly modern and contemporary while still achieving the polish of true luxury finishes. Sustainability is important to me, but never at the expense of a refined aesthetic.

Because the structure is already under way, I want you on site at least three times every month. These visits are for progress checks, contractor coordination and to be sure every design detail is executed exactly as drawn.

Day-to-day, I prefer to review progress through clear, properly annotated 2D layouts. When a major spatial decision appears, feel free to supplement those drawings with 3D walk-throughs so the vision is unmistakable.

Key deliverables
• Concept-to-completion architectural plans for all four storeys, including façade, terrace and service areas
• Structural alignment drawings that the civil team can build from without rework
• Interior packages covering material schedules, joinery details and luxury finish specifications
• Periodic site-visit reports summarising observations, photos and any corrective actions

Acceptance criteria
• Drawings must comply with Hyderabad municipal norms and be ready for statutory submission.
• Every revision is issued as clouded PDF + CAD, with version history maintained.
• On-site issues are logged within 24 hours and resolved in the next drawing cycle.
