I need a licensed land-survey professional in Philadelphia, PA to document an adjacent lot that will soon be converted into a driveway. The survey must be accurate enough for legal documentation with the county, so all measurements and drawings have to meet local standards for stamped survey plans.

Scope
• Precisely locate and record the lot’s current boundaries (only if it helps reference the new drive) and capture exact driveway dimensions—length, width, and any required setbacks.
• Supply a clean, scale-drawn plat showing the proposed driveway layout, bearings, and linear measurements.
• Provide a full photo set: aerial views (drone or equivalent), eye-level ground shots, and close-up detail images that clearly show surface conditions and any obstacles.
• Include a brief notes sheet summarizing measurement methodology and equipment used so the report stands up to scrutiny when filed.

Acceptance
The job is complete when I receive:
1. A signed, digital survey PDF (and CAD file if available) suitable for county recording.
2. At least 10 high-resolution photos covering the three requested perspectives, all geotagged.
3. A measurement summary confirming driveway dimensions within ±1 cm accuracy.

Please indicate your license jurisdiction, survey equipment model (e.g., Trimble, Leica), and estimated turnaround time.
