Develop & Host 4-Page Website

I have finalised all layouts, copy, and imagery for a small business website and now need a developer who can turn those assets into a fast-loading, fully responsive four-page site. The pages are already designed for both desktop and mobile breakpoints; you’ll simply translate the visuals into clean HTML5, CSS3, and lightweight JavaScript, test across modern browsers, and publish everything to my GoDaddy hosting account.

Key elements I expect:
• Pixel-accurate build that matches the supplied Figma/PSD files
• Mobile-first responsiveness without breaking points on phones, tablets, or large screens
• A working contact form that sends submissions to my email (reCAPTCHA or similar basic spam protection is a plus)
• SSL enabled, domain connected, and live on GoDaddy with any required DNS tweaks handled
• Basic on-page SEO setup: semantic tags, meta titles, descriptions, and alt text from the content I provide
• Handover of all source files, clearly commented code, and a short read-me that explains any build steps
