I’m producing a long-form horror series for YouTube, and each script runs roughly 60 minutes. I need a male narrator with a naturally deep American voice who can read in an eerie, suspenseful style that adds real depth to the story rather than simply chasing jump-scares.
You’ll receive a fully edited script; in return I need a polished track that sounds broadcast-ready—no background noise, clicks, or room echo, and no music mixed in. A professional recording chain (XLR mic, treated space, 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz, 24-bit) is strongly preferred so that the final audio sits cleanly under my visuals.
Deliverables
• One continuous, mastered WAV or 320 kbps MP3 of the full narration
• Up to one round of pickups for any missed or mis-pronounced lines
• A 30-second excerpt of your vocal chain settings, so future episodes match seamlessly
If your read captures that slow-burn dread I’m after, this can develop into a weekly collaboration. Please send a short demo in the same tone, and let’s see if your voice is the one to haunt my audience.
