Manufacturing QC Report Creation

I’m putting together a new suite of quality control reports for a manufacturing line and want them built from the ground up rather than patched onto old paperwork. The goal is to capture every stage of production— incoming material checks, in-process audits, final product verification, non-conformance tracking and the corrective-action loop— in a single, coherent reporting system that aligns with ISO 9001:2015 and lean-manufacturing principles.

I need the documents laid out in an easy-to-follow format (Excel or Google Sheets preferred) with clearly labeled fields, auto-calculated KPIs, built-in drop-downs for defect codes, and a clean, print-ready PDF view for sign-off on the shop floor. The language, section order and metrics should be intuitive for operators yet detailed enough for auditors who will review them later.

Deliverables
• Master template covering all inspection points, with formulas fully tested
• One sample report populated with dummy data to demonstrate correct workflow
• A brief user guide explaining how to enter data, generate charts and archive completed reports

Acceptance criteria
• All calculations produce the correct totals and percentages when the sample data are modified
• Reports open without errors in both Excel and Google Sheets
• Layout remains readable when exported to PDF on A4 or Letter size
