Desalination Plant Proposal Engineering

I am preparing a full bid package for a new seawater-desalination project and need a process-minded engineer who can pull together every element of the proposal. Your scope is the entire front-end: process design, equipment selection, technical documentation, and a clear capital & operating cost estimate.

What I expect from you
• A complete, self-contained proposal that moves logically from raw-water analysis through to treated-water delivery.
• All key engineering documents—PFDs, P&IDs, mass-balance tables, equipment data sheets, general-arrangement drawings, and any required hydraulic or energy-recovery calculations.
• A transparent cost breakdown (CAPEX and first-year OPEX) that I can drop straight into a client quotation, with supporting assumptions.
• Any design software files (AutoCAD drawings, Excel sizing sheets, process simulation outputs, etc.) so I can audit the work.

Bid requirements
Please attach a detailed project proposal that shows how you will tackle each section, which design tools you prefer, and an indicative timeline. Demonstrating past desalination or seawater treatment experience is valuable, but the depth and clarity of your proposed approach will be the deciding factor.

Once we agree on the feed-water parameters and target capacity, I will release the background data you need to start engineering immediately.
