Convert WordPress to Static HTML

I want to migrate my current WordPress site to a clean, fast-loading static HTML build while keeping every page, style, and URL exactly the same. The only dynamic feature I need preserved is the contact forms.
Instead of WordPress handling those forms, I’d like a lightweight custom backend written in Java. A simple servlet or small Spring Boot application that receives the POST request, validates the fields, and emails the submission will be perfect. No third-party services—just a straightforward Java solution I can host alongside the static files.
Deliverables
• Pixel-perfect static HTML/CSS/JS version of the existing site
• Java code for the form endpoint, including validation and email sending
• Clear deployment notes so I can reproduce the build and run the Java service on my server
When everything is set up, the pages should load with no WordPress dependencies, and each contact form must submit successfully and deliver the email to my inbox.
