Revit Architectural & Structural Modeling

I have an in-progress Revit file and a set of clear, step-by-step instructions that spell out exactly what is left to build. The only thing I need now is solid modeling—no rendering, no documentation—covering both the architectural and structural portions of the project.

You will receive the current .rvt, the instruction PDF, and all reference drawings as soon as we start. Your job is to bring the model to completion, keeping families, levels, and naming conventions consistent with what is already there while matching the reference dimensions precisely. I will stay available for quick answers along the way so you can work without delays.

Deliverables (due within 14 days of award):
• Updated Revit model with every remaining architectural and structural element fully modeled
• Any custom families created, saved separately and loaded into the project
• Brief change log highlighting major additions or assumptions

The finished file must open error-free with no unresolved warnings. If you’re confident working inside Revit’s architectural and structural toolsets and can hit the two-week deadline, I’d love to hear from you.
Needs to be used on revit 2026, I also will give the files that it will be built upon.
