I need a cross-platform e-commerce application built from the ground up so customers can browse, purchase, and track products seamlessly on both iOS and Android. React Native or Flutter are both fine; stability, speed, and a polished native feel are what matter most.

Core scope
The build should cover everything from the shopper-facing interface to the lightweight admin tools I’ll use to upload items, view orders, and push promotions. A clean product catalogue, smooth cart flow, and secure checkout are mandatory, plus basic analytics so I can monitor sales and user behaviour.

Design & brand assets
A simple, modern UI is preferred—think clear product images, intuitive navigation, and quick access to support. I already have a colour palette and logo that can be shared once we get started.

Data & integrations
Products, pricing, and user data will live in a cloud-hosted database (Firebase, Supabase, or a similar managed option). For payments, Stripe is my first choice, though I’m open to alternatives if they integrate just as easily across both platforms.

Deliverables
• Complete iOS & Android build ready for App Store and Play Store submission
• Source code with clear, developer-level documentation
• Minimal admin console or API endpoints to manage products and orders
• Test report covering major devices and OS versions
• Brief hand-off call or video with walkthrough of deployment steps

Acceptance criteria
1. App passes App Store/Play Store review without critical issues.
2. End-to-end purchase journey—catalogue → cart → secure payment → confirmation—completes in under 30 seconds on an average 4G connection.
3. No crash or major UI break on the last two stable versions of iOS and Android.

Target timeline is flexible but I’d like an initial beta within six weeks so we can start gathering feedback.
