Cartoon Storyboard Artist Needed

I have a short movie narrative broken down into more than twenty individual scenes that I’d like turned into a clear, engaging storyboard in a cartoonish style. Each frame should capture the key action, emotion, and camera angle so that the production team can visualize pacing, composition, and transitions at a glance.

The tone I’m after is playful yet cinematic—think expressive characters, dynamic poses, and bold silhouettes rather than hyper-real detail. While I lean toward digital delivery for ease of sharing and editing, I’m open to hearing how you prefer to work as long as the final files arrive in a high-resolution format suitable for both print and screen.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Illustrated panels for every scene (more than 20 frames in total)
• Consistent cartoonish look and colour palette across the sequence
• Source files plus flattened exports (PNG or PDF)
• Two rounds of tweaks once the initial set is delivered so we can fine-tune expressions or camera angles
