Cinematic Real Estate Video Edit

I have a full set of 4K interior-walkthrough and drone shots that now need to be woven into a short, cinematic showcase. The finished piece should run 1–2 minutes and flow to calm, relaxing music that complements the property’s atmosphere.

The edit must place special emphasis on the interior design: linger on textures, fixtures, and spatial flow, while keeping any exterior or neighborhood footage strictly supportive. Smooth transitions, tasteful motion graphics for room labels, and well-balanced color grading are essential to achieve that high-end feel buyers expect.

Deliverables
• 1–2 min master video (H.264 .mp4, 4K & 1080p)
• Separate social cut (vertical, ≤60 s) using the same grade and audio bed
• Project file (Premiere Pro or Final Cut) with all assets organised

Acceptance criteria
• Interior design remains the visual focal point throughout
• Audio peaks below −1 dB, no clipping, music licensed or royalty-free proof supplied
• Consistent cinematic grade: true whites, deep blacks, no color casts
• Final files delivered via download link within the agreed timeline
