I have two separate floor plans, both already in DWG format, that need to be merged into one coordinated CAD file. In the single drawing I want all existing dimensions and annotations retained, a clear furniture layout shown, every room properly labeled, and a full electrical plan over-laid.
For the electrical layer please trace the layout from a low-resolution PDF I will supply, transferring every lighting point, outlet, and switch exactly as shown. All symbols and circuiting should follow standard AutoCAD blocks so the file remains editable for my engineer.
Once the combined plan is finished, I also need interior elevations generated for two bathrooms—several views of each room (all four walls plus any additional detail elevations where fixtures crowd a wall). Use the merged plan for reference so wall locations and dimensions match perfectly.
Deliverables
• One consolidated DWG with plan, furniture, room labels, dimensions, annotations, and electrical (lighting, outlets, switches).
• A separate DWG (or additional layout tabs) containing bathroom elevations fully dimensioned and keyed back to the main plan.
• PDF plots of both the plan and elevations for quick review.
All drawings should remain to scale, layers organised logically, and lineweights ready for printing. Let me know your turnaround time and any questions about the source files.
