I’m developing a pocket-sized keychain that does more than hold memories—it plays them back on a 2-inch touchscreen. I need an industrial product designer who can take this concept from sketch to production-ready CAD.

The device’s sole purpose is to display digital photos. Internally it will house a small PCB, a rechargeable power pack, and the 2-inch capacitive screen; externally it must look sleek, withstand daily key-ring abuse, and remain comfortable in the hand.

Your work will cover the full enclosure design, basic internal layout for the board and battery, and DFM considerations such as snap-fit assemblies or micro-screws for easy manufacturing. I expect native CAD files plus standard exchange formats (STEP/IGES) and a set of photorealistic renders so I can show stakeholders exactly how the keychain will look.

Deliverables
• Production-ready 3D CAD (STEP/IGES + native)
• Exploded assembly view with callouts for PCB, battery, screen and buttons
• 2-3 high-res renders in common angles
• Brief DFM notes highlighting materials, wall thicknesses and fastening approach

I’m happy to answer dimension or component questions as we iterate. Let’s craft a tiny showcase that makes photos shine.
