Professional 3275 sq ft House Plan

A 3275 sq ft single-story home is already roughed out on graph paper; the goal now is to turn that sketch into construction-ready documents. The exterior must read as English Cottage, finished mainly in Hardi board with tasteful stone accents. Front and rear elevations, complete roof lines, and an interior plat that calls out every room, door swing, cabinet run, fixture location, and clear dimensions are required.

Because these drawings will go straight to my builder, accuracy is critical. Files must print cleanly at full scale and remain editable for the trades. Two rounds of minor revisions are included so we can tighten any dimensions or details once the first draft is reviewed.

Deliverables
• PDF and original CAD (DWG or equivalent) files for:
– Exterior elevations (front & back) with roof outline, ridge heights, and material notes
– Dimensioned floor plan keyed by room, showing doors, windows, cabinetry, appliances, and plumbing fixtures
– Basic site placement outline suitable for a plat submission

All work should be layered logically, referenced accurately, and ready for immediate hand-off to engineering.
