Audit Salesforce Pardot Implementation -- 2

We need an independent Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement / Pardot expert to review a disputed implementation and provide a short written technical opinion.

This is not an implementation job. We need an expert review of whether the MCAE/Pardot implementation was properly scoped and suitable for our existing Salesforce architecture and business requirements.

The review needs to consider:
- Person Accounts
- Leads, Contacts and Accounts
- Salesforce/MCAE sync setup
- website forms and form handlers
- prospect/database limits
- segmentation
- Engagement Studio journeys
- reporting and user training
- whether the missing work should have been identified and quoted upfront

The key question is:

Was the MCAE implementation fit for purpose as sold/scoped for our existing architecture and auction-campaign requirements, or did it require additional remediation/configuration that should have been identified earlier?

Deliverable:
- 1 short written statement/opinion, approximately 2-4 pages
- Clear explanation of findings
- Expert’s relevant Salesforce/Pardot experience and certifications
- Optional 30-minute call to clarify findings
