Project Overview
I am looking for an experienced e-commerce/online marketplace professional to help me grow a dropshipping business focused primarily on jerseys, T-shirts and similar products.
I currently have a Meesho Supplier Panel and am setting up the business using a dropshipping model, where products are sourced from suppliers and fulfilled on demand.
I'm looking for someone who either:
Already has an online selling presence on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or similar marketplaces, OR
Has strong practical experience in e-commerce, marketplace selling, product listing and generating sales.
Has previous experience with jerseys, T-shirts, sportswear or similar products — preferred.
Can guide me on improving listings, marketplace strategy, marketing and generating genuine sales.
Can use their own proven marketing/sales methods rather than being limited to paid advertising.
Compensation – PLEASE READ
Initially, this will be a STRICTLY PERFORMANCE-BASED MODEL.
You will receive 25% commission on every successful sale generated through your efforts.
There will be NO UPFRONT FEE initially.
The idea is simple:
You generate sales → I earn → you receive 25% commission.
If we achieve good and consistent performance, I am open to moving to a more structured arrangement involving an upfront/fixed fee along with the performance-based commission.
IMPORTANT FOR BIDDERS
Please submit a proposal ONLY if you are comfortable starting on the 25% commission-based performance model with NO upfront payment.
Do not bid if you require an upfront fee from the beginning.
What I Expect
Marketplace/e-commerce experience
Understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or similar platforms
Experience with product listings and optimization
Ability to generate genuine customers/sales
Knowledge of organic marketing, social media, communities, content marketing, etc.
Experience with jerseys/T-shirts/sportswear is a strong advantage
Regular communication and transparent reporting
A results-oriented approach
