You may work in Microsoft Word or Excel; I’m equally comfortable with either, as long as the final file retains proper spelling, punctuation, spacing, and a tidy, consistent format. Attention to detail is critical because I’ll be reviewing the deliverable line by line.

Please let me know your estimated turnaround time, commit to the agreed deadline, and keep me updated on progress so we can correct any issues early. Once finished, send the completed document along with a quick note confirming that you have double-checked for typos and formatting slips.
