Are you a Liquid Soap Expert ? (Auto DJ, Internet Radio)

My rules for this project:

1. YOU MUST BE EXPERIENCED WITH LIQUID SOAP AND AUTO DJ (IF YOU HAVE ZERO RADIO AUTOMATION EXPERIENCE PLZ DONT WASTE MY TIME). You must have worked with liquid soap before. I don't want someone who is new to liquid soap. I have a radio software called Azura Cast and its open source and my git fork has modified extensively.

2. We are a small company and funds are limited. So our budget is $60 max.

This project involves experience working with docker, php slim, doctrine, sypmphony, vue js, mariah DB, type script, redis, nginx and azura cast all wrapped inside 1 docker container.

But above all you need LIQUID SOAP experience and radio automation experience and icecast experience with internet radio.

I own Eternity Ready Radio an internet radio station. I am trying to get a new TOH feature to work without having bugs. I want my radio station ID to play at the top of every hour without issues - bugs before and after the ID. It needs a clean TOH transition.

I have spent up to 6 months trying with a few ai tools and also a few freelancers. Some people lie and say they have worked with liquid soap. I have learned just because a freelancer says they worked with it dont mean its true. I can't have you wasting my time and saying u have worked with it if you havent, I also can have u think you can do this project without prior experience.

Azura Cast is complex php and vue js code base with front and backend.

So my TOH station id feature is a plugin for azura cast. My id does fire on time every hour around .59 minute. However i have issues where system trys to cut - fade a song or promo - ad right before ID.

Some bugs are fixed, i dont have issues with items getting cut playing after ID, But biggest issue now is what happens right before ID. Not a clean transition from song or promo to ID. I need system to pick songs or promos with durations that end clean before ID.

So I say project is over 90% done.
