I need a clear, build-ready layout for a new apartment complex. The focus is on smart land use, efficient traffic flow, and well-planned parking facilities that meet local code. A compact footprint is ideal, but I still want the site to feel open and welcoming for future residents.

Here is what I expect from you:
• A complete site plan showing building footprints, internal roads, and the dedicated parking zones (visitor and resident slots distinguished).
• Floor-by-floor drawings that illustrate unit arrangement, circulation cores, stairwells, and service shafts.
• A brief design rationale that explains the parking count calculations and how your layout complies with typical zoning setbacks, fire-truck turning radii, and accessibility needs.

Preferred file formats are DWG or RVT so I can iterate easily in AutoCAD or Revit; a PDF set for quick review is helpful as well. If you are working in SketchUp, please export consistently scaled files.

Unselected amenities such as landscaped gardens or recreational areas can remain placeholders; I only need them blocked out so future phases can expand without major rework.

I will consider the job complete when I receive:
1. The finalized CAD/Revit files.
2. A PDF presentation (5–10 pages) summarizing the concept, key dimensions, and parking statistics.
3. A short hand-over note listing any assumptions, codes referenced, and next steps you recommend.
