Intermediate English Module Creation

I need to round out my online course with a fresh set of self-paced modules aimed squarely at intermediate learners. Every lesson must revolve around everyday conversation while giving students balanced practice in reading, writing, and speaking.

Scope
The course already has a basic framework in place; what’s missing are 8–10 complete modules that slot in seamlessly. Each one should open with clear objectives, present an engaging dialogue or short text, and weave in tasks that push learners to read for detail, write short functional pieces, and speak through guided prompts. I host everything on a standard LMS, so activities have to be SCORM-friendly or easily exported as HTML5 assets.

Deliverables (per module)
• Overview page with goals and estimated study time
• Core text or dialogue tied to an everyday scenario
• 6–8 comprehension questions (MCQ & short answer mix)
• A writing task with model answer or success criteria
• Speaking prompt set (audio script + recorder instructions)
• Auto-graded quiz file and printable answer key
• Brief teacher notes (PDF)

Acceptance Criteria
• Language level: solid B1–B2; no advanced idioms.
• All reading passages under 350 words; Flesch score in the 60–70 band.
• Writing rubrics reference CEFR can-do statements.
• Files load error-free on Moodle and Canvas test shells.

Timelines and collaboration tools are flexible—Google Docs, Articulate Rise, or H5P all work for me as long as the final package meets the specs above.
