Interactive Transparent Body System Charts

I need two detailed round transparent interactive charts for websites or apps. One for the male body system and one for the female body system. Each chart is divided into 10 body systems with varying organ counts.

Requirements:
- Interactive format using MATLAB
- Detailed design
- Strong blue light effect for eye visualization
