Android Telecalling Suite Development

I need an end-to-end telecalling solution made up of an Android app for my callers and a web dashboard for supervisors. The app must handle every step of a call session—dialing, recording the conversation, and instantly linking the recording to the right customer profile. While the caller works, customer information should be visible and editable in real time, and any updates must sync immediately with the web panel.

Key functions I expect from day one are call recording, integrated customer-information management, and real-time analytics that show live call status and daily performance numbers. On top of that, I also want automated call scheduling so tomorrow’s call list is ready without manual effort, in-app messaging so supervisors can coach callers without switching tools, and performance tracking that rolls up talk time, conversion rate, and other KPIs into clear, drill-down reports. I will likely add more capabilities as we refine the workflow, so the architecture should be modular and easy to extend.

To keep the hand-off smooth, please provide:

• Android source code and a signed release APK
• A browser-based admin panel with user-role management
• REST or GraphQL APIs documented in Swagger/OpenAPI
• A one-click deployment script (Docker or similar) for server components
• Basic user documentation so new callers can be onboarded in minutes
