All-Encompassing Printing E-Commerce Solution

FREELANCE PROJECT: LAKSHMI GRAPHICS & PRINTERS – WEBSITE + MOBILE APP + ADMIN PANEL
PROJECT OVERVIEW: We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer/team to build a complete digital platform for Lakshmi Graphics & Printers, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. The project includes a customer website, Android & iOS mobile app, admin panel, backend/API, database, quotation system, custom printing orders, file uploads, online payments, order tracking and notifications. The goal is to allow customers to discover printing services, select requirements, upload files, receive prices/quotations, place orders, pay online and track orders.
1. WEBSITE: Build a modern, fast, mobile-responsive and SEO-friendly website. Pages/features: Home, About Us, Services, Service Details, Printing Categories, Portfolio, Request a Quote, Contact, Google Maps/Location, Login/Register, Customer Dashboard, My Orders, Order Details, File Upload, Payments, Order Tracking, FAQs, Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Services may include Visiting Cards, Business Cards, Letterheads, Brochures, Flyers, Pamphlets, Posters, Banners/Flex, Invitations, Wedding Cards, Stickers, Labels, Booklets, Catalogues, Certificates, Packaging, Custom Printing and Graphic Design. Admin must be able to add/edit/delete services and products.
2. MOBILE APP: Develop Android and iOS apps using Flutter or React Native. Features: Registration/Login, OTP/Email authentication, browse/search services, service details, quantity/size/paper/material/finishing selection, file upload, instructions, quotation requests, quotation acceptance/rejection, order placement, online payment, order confirmation, order tracking, order history, reorder, invoice download, push notifications, profile management and Call/WhatsApp integration.
3. CUSTOM PRINTING ORDER SYSTEM: Customers must be able to configure printing jobs. Options may include quantity, single/double sided, paper type/thickness, size, finish, corner style, design required/provided, pickup/delivery, file upload and instructions. Different services must support different configurable options. Admin must be able to create/edit these options without coding.
4. QUOTATION SYSTEM: Customers can request custom quotations. Admin can view requirements/files, set price, tax, delivery charges, discount, notes and quotation expiry, then send quotation. Customers can view, accept, reject, request changes and proceed to payment.
5. ORDER MANAGEMENT: Admin must manage the complete order lifecycle. Suggested statuses: New Order, File Verification, Design Required, Design in Progress, Design Approved, Printing, Finishing, Quality Check, Ready for Pickup, Out for Delivery, Completed and Cancelled. Customers should receive notifications when order status changes.
6. FILE UPLOAD: Support common printing formats such as PDF, JPG/JPEG, PNG, AI, PSD, CDR, DOC/DOCX and ZIP. Files must be securely stored and accessible only to authorized users/admin/staff.
7. ADMIN PANEL: Create a professional responsive dashboard showing Total Orders, Today's Orders, Pending Orders, Completed Orders, Revenue, Pending Quotations, New Customers, Popular Services and Recent Orders. Admin should manage Customers, Orders, Services, Products, Printing Options, Pricing, Quotations, Payments, Discounts/Coupons, Files, Delivery Charges, Employees/Users, Notifications, Reviews, Website Content, Banners, Portfolio, FAQs and Contact Information.
8. PRICING ENGINE: Pricing must be configurable. Example: Price = Base Price + Quantity + Material + Size + Finishing + Design + Delivery - Discount + Tax. Admin should be able to change normal prices and options without developer assistance.
9. PAYMENTS: Integrate an Indian payment gateway such as Razorpay, Cashfree or PayU. Support UPI, cards and net banking where available. Payment status must automatically update in the admin panel.
10. DELIVERY/PICKUP: Customers can select Shop Pickup or Home Delivery. Delivery should support address, charges and delivery status. Admin can configure delivery charges.
11. NOTIFICATIONS: Notifications should be available for Registration, Quote Created, Quote Accepted, Order Placed, Payment Received, Design Uploaded/Approved, Order Status Changes, Order Ready, Dispatch and Completion. Possible channels include Push Notifications, Email, SMS and WhatsApp.
12. REVIEWS: Customers can review completed orders. Admin can approve/reject reviews and feature selected reviews on the website.
13. SEO & LOCAL BUSINESS: Optimize the website for Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. Include SEO-friendly URLs, meta titles/descriptions, sitemap, structured data, Google Maps, local business information, fast loading and mobile optimization.
14. TECHNOLOGY: Preferred stack: Frontend – React/Next.js; Mobile – Flutter/React Native; Backend – Node.js/NestJS/Laravel; Database – PostgreSQL/MySQL; Admin – React/Next.js; Hosting – AWS/Google Cloud/Azure or suitable alternative. Developer may propose another stack with justification.
15. SECURITY: Include secure authentication, password hashing, OTP security, role-based access, API authentication, input validation, secure file uploads, secure payment integration, HTTPS, database security, backups and protection against common web vulnerabilities.
16. STAFF ROLES: Support role-based permissions. Super Admin – Full access. Manager – Orders, customers, quotations and reports. Designer – Design orders/files. Production Staff – Production/order status. Delivery Staff – Delivery.
17. REPORTS: Admin reports should include Sales, Orders, Customers, Service-wise Sales, Payments, Pending Orders, Completed Orders, Cancelled Orders and Revenue. CSV/Excel export preferred.
18. UI/UX: Design must be modern, professional, clean, fast, mobile-first and easy to use, suitable for a professional printing company. UI/UX design should be included.
19. DELIVERABLES: Complete website, Android app, iOS app, admin panel, backend/API, database, UI/UX design, deployment, source code, documentation, API documentation, app build files, deployment assistance and post-launch bug fixing. All source code and assets must be handed over to the client.
20. IMPORTANT: This must be a production-ready system, not a demo/template. Code should be secure, scalable, modular, maintainable and documented. Client must receive full ownership of the source code.
21. FREELANCER REQUIREMENTS: Experience required in full-stack development, e-commerce/order systems, custom printing/product systems, file uploads, mobile apps, admin dashboards, payment gateways, REST APIs and cloud deployment. Printing industry experience is a plus.
22. PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS: Please provide similar projects, proposed technology stack, estimated timeline, fixed total cost, development milestones, post-launch support period, hosting recommendation, payment gateway experience, mobile app experience and admin panel examples. Clearly state what is included and excluded.

FINAL OBJECTIVE: Customer journey should be: Discover Lakshmi Graphics & Printers → Select Service → Configure Requirements → Upload File → Get Price/Quotation → Accept Quotation → Place Order → Pay Online → Track Order → Pickup/Delivery → Completed. The business should be able to manage the complete process from one centralized admin panel.
