Customer Service Representatives Needed We are expanding our virtual call center and are looking for sharp, experienced agents that are willing to learn the medical research industry and help patients get involved in clinical trials! Our mission is to help as many patients as possible and help bring new medical treatments to the market. We use social media on a global scale in biotech (with cutting edge medical research companies) trying to find unknown cures for popular and rare diseases. Clinical trials for 1 treatment cost $2B on average to complete, and take 7-9 years. The reason? Lack of Patient Awareness.... We are dramatically changing the economics of the patient education and outreach process so more lives can be improved. English is a must but other languages are a plus. Work involves outbound and inbound calls for patient recruitment.
