About the Role This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Representative in Portugal, fluent in German or French. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include troubleshooting issues, responding to customer requests, and maintaining strong communication with clients.
