Responsibilities will include: 1) Scheduling Posts in Metricool for Clients 2) Creating Invoices 3) Creating Contracts 4) Ensure the website is updated Weekly 5) Maintaining Influencer Spreadsheets 6) Pulling Data for Leadership Slides 7) Content Creator Coordination through emails 8) Booking Travel 9) Checking for typos and spelling on copy 10) Hashtag Research 11) Ensuring all deliverables weekly met 12) Pulling KPIS for social media posts 13) Making Pinterest Graphics 14) Pulling and Sending Monthly Reports to Clients 15) Making Linkedin Posts for the Founder / Head of Community 16) Editing Reels on CapCut for Social Media This is our first time working with a VA so hoping to find the right fit through goLance!
