We are looking for an experienced part-time Executive Virtual Staff for a trusted leader in condominium management based in Calgary, Canada. Essential Qualifications: 3+ years of Executive Virtual Assistant experience Experience in calendar and schedule management Strong skills in invoicing and financial tracking Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRMs High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication Preferred Qualifications: Background in real estate or property management Experience with project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.) Knowledge of financial software like Xero or QuickBooks Experience in event coordination and travel arrangements Core Attributes: Highly organized Detail-oriented Self-motivated and proactive Problem solver Strong work ethic Excellent communicator Ideal Candidate Should Have: 3+ years of experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant Background in administrative and operational support Proficiency in financial management, invoicing, and expense tracking Strong organizational and time management skills Experience handling email communications and scheduling Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRMs and project management tools Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Willingness to work in MST timezone (6:00 AM – 10:00 AM MST) Primary Duties (Among Others): Calendar and Schedule Management Expense and Invoice Management Email and Communication Handling Document Preparation and Organization Research and Data Gathering Task and Project Management Meeting Coordination Daily Status Updates Travel and Event Arrangements (as needed) General Administrative Support Benefits: Paid PH holidays after 3 months Attendance incentives after 3 months Referral bonuses Performance appraisal Prepaid health and wellness card after 6 months Job Type: Part-time Pay: From Php22,400.00 per month
