Project overview
Set Financial is currently seeking self motivated individuals with previous experience in phone collections and customer service. The job requires individuals to speak and write/type fluent english, have reliable work space and internet to work from and be able to make minimum of 200 outbound calls a day. We will provide phone software, email addresses, phone numbers, scripts and one on one training via Skype. All calls are recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. We will require a 2-3 minute audio recording of previous work experience at time of application in order to get an interview.
